Shipping to mainland USA is $33 for orders up to $99, $21 for orders up to $150. (We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided – pictures, video, etc).

Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue.

Signature is required on delivery for all orders. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is based on where in the US the order is going.

Paintball Smoke Grenades

Once started it is not possible to stop the smoke grenade from functioning. The refund will be processed to the same card that the transaction was made on within 14 days. If this item is added to an order with additional items and it is to be sent internationally then we will remove this item, ship the rest of the order, and issue a refund for the smoke grenades purchased.

***NOTE*** This product cannot ship internationally. This is the law and cannot be removed. As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price.
