Saturday, June 7:
Pride Market at Town Hall (11 AM–3 PM):Support LGBTQ+ artisans and vendors at this free event featuring a variety of goods, a cash bar, and live DJ music.
Pride Rally at Town Hall (3:15 PM):Join a powerful celebration of identity and community on the Town Hall steps, followed by the festive “Sashay to Tea” parade down Commercial Street to The Boatslip’s Tea Dance.
Queer Comedy Showcase at Town Hall (8 PM):Enjoy an evening of laughter with performances by Kristen Becker, Jake Cornell, Bailey Pope, and Tee Sanders.
Official Pride Dance Party at A-House (10 PM):Experience one of the country’s first discos with a night of dancing and celebration.

Feet Over Front Street 5K Run/Walk (8:30 AM):Participate in this scenic run/walk from the Harbor Hotel in the East End to the Provincetown Inn on the West End, honoring Commercial Street’s original name, Front Street.

Provincetown Pride Returns For 2025: What To Know
PROVINCETOWN, MA — Pride is set to return to Provincetown for the eighth year starting this week with a full slate of events to celebrate.
Though Boston may lay claim to the biggest Pride month event in Massachusetts, no community is more important to LGBTQ+ culture in the Commonwealth than Provincetown.
Each June during Pride month for the last seven years, the Provincetown Business Guild and many local businesses have hosted events, art shows, parties and more to highlight LGBTQ+ culture.
This year is no different, with events kicking off on Friday and the official celebrations wrapping up Sunday, though local events are scheduled throughout the month.
Among the events are a Pride Market at Town Hall and Pride Rally on Saturday, and the Feet Over Front Street 5K on Sunday.

Provincetown’s 8th Annual Pride Celebration Returns
The Provincetown Business Guild (PBG) proudly announces the return of Provincetown’s 8th Annual Pride Celebration, taking place June 6–8, 2025.This vibrant, three-day event honors the town’s rich LGBTQ+ heritage with a dynamic lineup of festivities, including art exhibitions, dance parties, comedy showcases, and community gatherings.
Friday, June 6:
Pride Bingo at The Governor Bradford (3–5 PM):Kick off the weekend with an afternoon of bingo hosted by the fabulous Paige Turner, featuring eight games and fabulous prizes.
Opening Reception for “The New Ptown Resistance” (5–8 PM):Explore this thought-provoking art exhibit at the Provincetown Pride Center, showcasing local forms of radical expression and inviting reflection on personal agency.
Official Pride Kickoff Party: Lady Gaga vs.
Expect rousing speeches, cheers, and a crowd adorned in their most flamboyant outfits.
In the afternoon, rally-goers “Sashay to Tea” – essentially a joyful Pride march down Commercial Street leading to the famous Tea Dance party. It’s 4–7 PM daily; Saturday’s Tea Dance after the Pride Rally will be epic. On Friday evening, the Pride Ferry Crossing from Boston is an LGBTQ-friendly ferry ride party complete with music.
Daytimes could be warm enough for shorts and tank tops, but ocean breezes mean unpredictable temps. It’s the perfect high-energy start to Pride weekend.
Pride Bingo: Kick off the weekend with a drag bingo session hosted by Paige Turner at Governor Bradford pub. Tip: bring cash for the cover charge at the door and get there on time because the deck can reach capacity.
Experience the sunrise: After Saturday night’s parties (which might include beach bonfires or late-night drag shows at A-House club), head to the bay beach for sunrise.
During Pride, many galleries have special exhibits by LGBTQ+ artists. It’s part craft fair, part meetup – a great place to buy local Pride souvenirs and meet community groups.
Queer Comedy Showcase: An evening of stand-up comedy at Town Hall, hosted by local comedian Kristen Becker and featuring queer comics to keep you laughing.
Feet Over Front Street 5K: A Pride-themed 5K run, honoring Commercial Street’s original name “Front Street,” where participants race in rainbow gear through town.
Stroll the Gallery District (around Commercial St’s east end) and you might find Pride-themed art receptions with free wine and the chance to chat with artists. If rooms are scarce, consider staying in nearby Truro or Wellfleet and driving in for the day (but arrive early to secure parking).
Don’t miss Tea Dance: The daily Tea Dance at the Boatslip is a P-town institution, and during Pride it’s especially packed with revelers in fabulous outfits.
From the rainbow-decked fishing boats in the harbor to the iconic drag queens cycling down Commercial Street, Provincetown Pride is a uniquely intimate celebration where the whole town joins in.

Rather than a traditional float parade, Provincetown Pride centers on a spirited pride rally and "sashay.".

Official Pride Ferry & Party: Even getting to P-town can be part of Pride. It’s a local tradition for some night owls. Watching the sun come up over Provincetown harbor, still wearing your Pride beads, is a magical calm moment to cap off the celebration.
Support local art: Provincetown is America’s oldest continuous art colony.
Pack a hoodie or light jacket for evening events (like the outdoor comedy show or the Afterglow performers at night). Pick up a flyer when you arrive so you don’t miss hidden gems like the annual Pride Piano Bar Sing-along or the Pride Edition of the FOAM Pool Party (if it’s warm enough!)
