Gay Dubrovnik is a popular spot for gay tourists because of its nude and gay-friendly beaches, and the open-minded locals.

Hotels are not cheap here, but you'll be right in the heart of it all. There are long-distance buses to Dubrovnik from the countries surrounding Croatia. Seby tried to flirt with the waiter mid-mouthful and ended up looking like a Bond villain…

We also devoured fresh oysters from nearby Ston, famous for having some of the best in the Adriatic.

Whilst not as pretty as Mostar, it's one of the most fascinating cities I've ever visited. ‘Cause nothing ruins a trip faster than tears, tantrums, and tragic bills…

We stayed in two different rooms during our visit and strongly suggest the King with City View - the view itself makes it valuable (check out the photo in the 'walk the walls' section).

It was a great location, and the room with a view of the city was a large apartment with essential air conditioning. Bolt also works a treat.

Dubrovnik's medieval old town is small. As of May 2022, Dubrovnik even has its very own gay bar – Milk!

The only thing we'd say is that Croatia is a conservative nation.
